Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at CoosaCon 2022, the ONE and ONLY fandom, pop-culture event in Rome, Georgia! Please read and acknowledge our policies at the end of this page.
I. VENDOR / ARTIST SPACE
Space is assigned on a first come, first served basis. We cannot guarantee a specific space, but will accommodate requests in the order that they are received by confirmed vendors. An actual floor plan will be finalized 30 days before the event. Spaces are not considered confirmed until payment has been received in full.
II. HOURS OF OPERATION
Please note that these hours are subject to change.
CoosaCon 2022: Saturday, November 5th, 2022
10:00am until 6:00pm
Vendor load-in: Friday Night 4pm-8pm; Saturday 8:00am until 9:45am Please arrive at least 90 minutes before the event begins.
Vendor load-out: 6:00pm until 7:30pm No breakdowns permitted before close of the event.

IV. PAYMENT
Once your application has been approved, you will be emailed a PayPal invoice to complete payment. REMEMBER: Your space is not reserved until payment has been received in full. No exceptions!
Any cancellations must be received in writing no later than thirty (30) days in advance of the show. A reservation fee of $25 will be charged for any cancellations. Any refunds issued will be paid in the same manner they were received, within 5 business days or receipt of written notice of cancellation.

V. VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES
The collection, reporting and remittance of appropriate taxes and/or fees are the sole responsibilities of the vendor/exhibitor and not CoosaCon nor Zoltan Entertainment, LLC. The vendor/exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of vendor/exhibitor’s activities.
