CATEGORIES:
The Collector : Did you buy it? Did you thrift it ? Did you take clothes out of your closet and modify them ? COOOL ! Then this category is for you! The criteria is accuracy based but the costume can be purchased or altered- purchased goods
The Tailor : Did you make 75% or more ?? AWESOME ! then this category fits you. The criteria is accuracy based
The Wizard : Did you make an original character? Or is this an interpretation of a character or a mash up ? WONDERFUL ! this category is the one you want to select. Because this category is original designs and characters or mash ups , this category will be allowed a mix of bought, made and altered.
Youth : This is for the 16 and younger crowd. However, you CAN compete instead in one of the other categories if you choose to, and put your cosplay together yourself.
Trophies and prizes will be awarded to the winner of each category, as well as Best-In-Show and Judge’s Choice.
